General order delivery information
We dispatch all of orders from our UK warehouses. Each of our product pages contain advice on when we would expect to deliver to you. Any dates offered are based on various factors, for example:
- on the item(s) size and weight
- the carriers or couriers that are available to us that can deliver your item(s)
- the country that you live in
- the area of the country that you live in
'Express delivery' is only available to UK based customers, and has an order cut off point of 1pm Monday to Friday only, unless stated otherwise in the product page. If you place your order during upto 1pm Monday to Friday using our 'Express delivery', service you will receive your order the next working day.
When to expect your delivery
Where applicable, we will advise an approximate delivery date on the product page and in the shopping cart pages. Certain products (for example large and / or heavy items) may require extra time to be delivered. When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and / or SMS text message with further details.
Typically, you can expect to receive your order within the following:
- Express UK deliveries - next working day (if ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday)
- Standard UK deliveries - within 1 to 3 working days
- European & WorldWide deliveries - within 4 to 7 working days

All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, please contact us so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible. Please contact us to arrange this.
Wrong item delivered
If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.
Cancelling an order
We are happy to cancel any order(s) made until the point we dispatch it. If we have already dispatched your order, our incurred postage fees will not be refunded. Please contact us to arrange this.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition. You must return the goods at your own cost. Please contact us to arrange this.
If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods minus any delivery charges that we have already incurred. These delivery charges will be explained to you when you contact us to arrange a return.
Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept hosiery, wigs and underwear returns. It is your responsibility to ensure that all item(s) returned to us have an attached note, clearly stating your name and address, and your reason for return. Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.
